Some notes for you when book an appointment

If you are in a crisis and need emergency services: Please call 911, present to your nearest emergency room, or call the crisis hotline 1-800-273-TALK. Please do not wait for an appointment.

Payment/Fees: We are out-of-network and do not accept any insurance. Payment is fee-for-service and due at the time of the appointment. We accept check, credit card, and cash.

Our Cancellation Policy: Please note that a late-cancellation or no-show fee may be applied if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand.

Further Information: There is free 1-hour street parking in front of the building and on N. Madison. There is a parking garage around the back (enter on N. Madison) and $6 parking on N. Madison behind the church. We are unable to validate for parking.
