Open Payments Database Notice

NOTICE REGARDING THE OPEN PAYMENTS DATABASE: The Open Payments database is a federal tool used to search payments made by drug and device companies to physicians and teaching hospitals. It can be found at https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/.

This federal program collects information about payments and other transfers of value made by certain manufacturers of drugs, devices, biologicals, and medical supplies to physicians and teaching hospitals. The database is publicly available and searchable.
