How I charge

Care is fee-for-service. I do not participate in insurance networks, and I have opted out of Medicare. I am out of network.

A first visit is $600. Follow-up visits are $200–$400 depending on complexity, typically $350 for a 30-minute visit.

If you have a PPO, I can submit a superbill to your insurance electronically. I do not accept payment from insurance companies. Fees are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A card is kept on file.

Please cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Missed appointments are $100. Reminders go out by phone, text, or email.
