Sleep

Nights that do not restore you

Insomnia and sleep problems that drag down mood, focus, and health.

A full moon over a still lake

What we might talk about

Falling asleepWaking at 3 a.m.Medication that sedatesMood the next day

What it can feel like

Lying awake, waking at 3 a.m., or sleeping without feeling rested all change how the next day feels.

How I work with it

I look at mood, anxiety, medication, and habits together. We fix the actual cause rather than stacking more nighttime pills by default.

The first stretch

We get a clear picture of your nights and your days, then choose the smallest change that is likely to matter.

A bit more

Sleeping pills can be a short bridge. They are rarely the whole answer. We look at timing, light, caffeine, nightmares, and whether a mood or anxiety problem is driving the night.
